How it works.
Participants of our program are referred to as “Young Professionals.” Every participant is required to choose an artistic Major of concentration. Current Majors Include: Dance, Voice, Theater, Spoken Word, RAP, and Visual Arts.
Once a Young Professional has chosen their major of concentration, they are able to join their team and begin training. We practice twice a week and perform in and around Charlotte regularly. Young Professionals are held to a high standard of performance not just on stage, but in school, at home, and in their communities. We expect everyone in the ITF program to be good stewards of the community.

We expect our Young Professionals to work hard at bettering themselves on stage and in life. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
02 | Be Kind.
Young Professionals must be kind to their fellow ITF family. We all must be supportive to the entire team as we all grow, work and learn.
03 | Do Right
As a member of Inspire the Fire, you are a representative of our organization. We expect each Young Professional to do right by friends, family, educators and community members.
